Patterns are an expensive asset to replace. With so many foundries closing in recent years, manufacturers have experienced difficulty finding a secure and reliable location for their patterns. The costs associated with shipping and lost patterns are too great to tolerate.

To bring customers peace of mind, Acme Castings has constructed more than 15,000 square feet of on-premises, safe and secure pattern storage. Our facility includes:

		Security (motion detection, video surveillance)
		Protection from the elements
		Digital pattern tracking and control

Experienced foundry workers and professional patternmakers are available at Acme Castings to manage, refurbish and/or repair any pattern. Capabilities include construction, re-gating, re-rigging, adding risers and replacing missing core boxes.

Patterns are sorted, inspected, and catalogued by experienced staff, and stored and released according to the OEM's exact instructions.
