Plant Facility
There is a total of 14,800- sq. ft., housing offices and equipment necessary for the manufacture of investment, permanent mold and petro-bond sand castings made from aluminum and steel alloys. Additionally, All-Star Enterprises is the artist's haven for the production of sculptures and ornamental castings. Experienced foundry personnel are ready to assist the artist for producing his/her fine art castings. All-Star also provides convenient storage for customer's patterns.

Investment Facility

• pillar induction melting equipment with steel melts up to 75 lbs.
• gas fired 350 lb. aluminum furnace
• 2 gas fired pre-heat ovens to 2000 degrees

Wax Room

• 3 wax machines
• 2 melting pots
• 2 wax injectors

Aluminum Facility

• 850 lb. electric aluminum melting furnace
• 500 lb. gas fired aluminum melting furnace
• full complement of rack and pinion assemblies for handling permanent mold sets
• sand molds up to 30" x 60" flasks
• pouring bay 120 ft. x 400 ft.

Cleaning and Finishing

• sand blaster
• 2 grinder benches
• 3 sand paper belts
• 1 sand paper disc
• 1 saw belt
• 1 saw disc
