Acme has pulled together a powerful team of talented individuals with experience in the various aspects of the foundry business from technological expertise, engineering and customer service. Each member of our team is dedicated to producing only the highest quality castings with excellent delivery time.

Quality Assurance

Molten metals are analyzed prior to pouring and adjustments are made, if required, to meet the most rigid ASTM, AMS, ASME, Military and customer's in-house specifications.

We have the technical support needed to comply with most of our customer's requirements. We are equipped with Industrial Standard Sand Lab Equipment, Industrial Standard Melting Equipment and a Jerrall-Ash Spectrometer.

For specifications above the MIL-C-6021, Class 2B, we have many qualified local laboratories at our disposal for prompt turn around and timely deliveries.

Acme Castings utilizes the most modern spectrometer technology available today, making the analysis of metals for quality control reliable and consistent. Our equipment uses a state-of-the-art CCD optical system, which captures all relevant spectral information. New elements, even entire calibrations, can be added at any time should the testing requirements change.
